Occasional - transient or short term - insomnia is a condition most people encounter at some point in their lives. Causes can range from stress at work or at home (even good stress, like preparing for a vacation), poor sleep hygiene (going to bed and waking at different times of the night and morning, partaking of stimulants like caffeine or energy drinks too close to bed time, too much ‘screen time” before bed, poor sleep environment, etc) and circadian rhythm disorders (most commonly caused by shift work or jet lag).

Using techniques developed and derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi), Pear Rested offers training and tracking to improve your “sleep hygiene” and provide you some basic stress reduction techniques that can help you get a good night sleep.And with a good night’s sleep, you’re on your way to better days, and better health.

Pear Rested has a renewing subscription that enables players to access all levels of play, features and data. A premium subscription with Pear provides access via the upgraded account to all of your Pear games and apps connected to that account. There’s never any need to “restore” your access for new or additional devices as your access is stored on Pear’s servers and not on the device itself. Subscriptions last 30 days from time of purchase and cost $9.99 per month (or a 30 day period).

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
. Subscriptions may be managed by players at any time and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase
. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
